Our Adult Co-Ed Muay Thai Kickboxing class welcomes teens and adults of all experience and fitness levels. We have created a fun, friendly, and safe environment where students can learn authentic Muay Thai techniques from qualified instructors while building confidence, improving fitness, and developing valuable self-defense skills.

In this class, you will learn to strike using the "Eight Limbs" of Muay Thai, which include your hands, feet, knees, and elbows. Our classes focus on controlled striking techniques using target pads rather than striking one another, allowing students to develop their skills in a supportive training environment.

Our high-energy classes offer a great cardiovascular workout while teaching a proven method of self-defense. Unlike a traditional gym workout, Muay Thai keeps you engaged, challenged, and motivated. When class time rolls around, we want you to leave your house excited about training rather than dreading another trip to the gym!

We also offer an optional ranking program for our Adult Co-Ed Muay Thai Kickboxing students. Using the American Kickboxing ranking system, students wear colored T-shirts to represent their rank rather than traditional belts.

We encourage our students to set goals, challenge themselves, and work toward achieving their Black Belts. Whether your goal is to improve your fitness, learn self-defense, or advance through the ranks, our instructors are here to help you succeed.

Anyone can set goals, but at TKO, we want to help you reach them!
